Braskem is implementing strategic asset management to enhance operational efficiency, reduce risks, and extend the lifespan of its industrial plants. The company is integrating technology and reliability to transform mature assets into competitive advantages.

According to Raphael Campos, Global Vice President of Operations, this approach focuses on creating stable and predictable processes to reduce waste and improve energy efficiency. Through its Industrial Decarbonization Program, Braskem has already achieved a reduction of approximately 1.2 million tons of CO2e compared to its baseline.
