Bratstvo Primary School begins construction of 64 million denar sports hall

Construction has commenced on a new multi-purpose sports hall at Bratstvo Primary School in the Karposh municipality. The project represents an investment of 64 million denars, funded by the Government through a program for financing capital projects in municipalities.

The new facility will span 1,400 square meters and feature a grandstand with 400 seats. Expected to be completed in approximately one year, the hall is intended for school use as well as commercial purposes, including official competitions, training sessions, and cultural events.

During the groundbreaking ceremony, attended by Prime Minister Hristijan Mickoski, Minister of Education and Science Vesna Janevska, and Karposh Mayor Sotir Lukrovski, Janevska noted that roughly 70 educational infrastructure projects are currently underway across North Macedonian municipalities.

In addition to the sports hall, other local expansions include the addition of six classrooms at Dimo Hadzhi Dimov Primary School and the upcoming construction of four classrooms at Petar Pop Arsov Primary School to facilitate single-shift teaching.
