Braunschweig to welcome new trend-focused cafe ‘Dein Cup’

A new cafe named ‘Dein Cup’ is set to open in Braunschweig on August 14 at Am Damm 36. The establishment is a family project led by Gülsef Mutu, who is pursuing a lifelong dream alongside her husband and two daughters.

Rather than a traditional cafe, the concept focuses on bringing current food trends to the city. The menu is designed to be flexible and will include items such as matcha creations, açai bowls, frozen yogurt, and soft ice cream, in addition to classic coffee specialties. Mutu intends to keep the menu evolving by monitoring new culinary trends and incorporating customer suggestions.
