Bravida and Cavotec secure major industrial contracts in Denmark and India
Bravida has secured a major technical installation contract for the new Dansk Data Center 1 (DDC1) located in the port of Esbjerg, Denmark. The scope of the project includes electricity, plumbing, ventilation, cooling, and building automation (CTS). The project is supported by PensionDanmark, Thylander Group, Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners, CIP, and Plexar. Construction is expected to begin in August 2026, with operations slated to commence in the autumn of 2027.
Separately, Cavotec has signed an order valued at approximately 5 million euros (55.1 million SEK) for the supply of a Moormaster NxG automatic mooring system. The equipment will be installed at the Jawaharlal Nehru Port in Mumbai, India. This marks the first installation of automatic mooring technology at this major Indian container port.
