Brazil and Chile strengthen strategic bilateral cooperation

Brazil and Chile have reaffirmed their strategic partnership following the VII Binational Commission held in Brasilia on August 4. Led by the foreign ministers of both nations, the meeting focused on advancing a broad agenda of political, economic, and technical cooperation.

The bilateral relationship covers diverse sectors, including trade, infrastructure, mining, energy transition, science, technology, defense, and cybersecurity. Officials emphasized that the partnership is built on permanent national interests and solid institutions, aiming to maintain stability and prosperity regardless of political cycles or ideological shifts in the region.
