Implementation varies by municipality. In Cuiabá, the vaccine is available at 72 Family Health Units, while Hortolândia has also begun administration at all local health units. In Mogi Guaçu, doses are expected to arrive shortly for distribution across 22 basic health units. In Pará, the rollout is occurring gradually as doses are dispatched by the Ministry of Health. However, some regions, such as Poços de Caldas, are still awaiting the arrival of their initial supplies.

The vaccination protocol for the elderly depends on previous immunization history. Those who have never received a pneumococcal vaccine require a single dose of Pneumo 20. For those previously vaccinated with Pneumo 13 or 15, a minimum two-month interval is required before receiving the new dose. The program also includes updated vaccination strategies for children aged 2 months to nearly 5 years.
