Brazil CNU waiting list candidates must confirm interest by September 4

Candidates on the waiting list for the first edition of the Unified National Public Exam (CNU/CPNU) must manifest their interest in available positions between August 24 and September 4, 2026. The process must be completed individually for each position through the SOUGOV application or web portal.

Failure to express interest within the designated timeframe—from 10:00 AM on August 24 until 11:59 PM on September 4—will result in the definitive exclusion of the candidate from the waiting list for all contested positions, including potential temporary contracts. While confirming interest keeps a candidate in the pool, it does not guarantee appointment or hiring.

Additionally, 40 candidates have been called for temporary positions within the Special Commission of Former Federal Territories. These roles include administrative analysts in fields such as Administration, Law, Accounting, or Economics, as well as Statistics, with positions based in Brasília.
