Brazil electoral authorities shift voting precincts for 2026 elections

The 39th Electoral Zone in Cuiabá announced three changes to voting locations for Brazil's 2026 general elections. Two sections in the Dom Aquino neighbourhood will move to the Centro Educacional Maria Auxiliadora, while nine sections in Shangri‑lá will return to Escola Estadual Raimundo Pinheiro da Silva after renovations. The adjustments aim to ensure adequate facilities and accessibility for voters.

In the Federal District, the Regional Electoral Court of Brasília altered the addresses of twelve voting sections in Guará, affecting about 3,349 voters. Ten sections were transferred from Faculdade Projeção to Colégio Liceu due to space and accessibility concerns, and two sections moved from the Centro de Ensino Fundamental 2 to the Centro Interescolar de Línguas do Guará. Voters are advised to confirm their new polling stations using the e‑Título mobile app or the TSE portal.
