Brazil holds productivity and retail events in Arapongas and Guarulhos

On 21 July 2026, the municipality of Arapongas, Paraná, together with the National Industrial Learning Service (SENAI), hosted a free "Café com Produtividade" for owners and managers of micro and small industries. The event presented practical strategies to boost productivity, cut waste and improve competitiveness, and introduced the Jornada da Produtividade programme, which offers free specialised consultancy to small manufacturers.

The same day, Guarulhos, São Paulo, hosted the APAS Experience, an itinerant gathering organised by the São Paulo Association of Supermarkets. The programme featured a keynote by entrepreneur Geraldo Rufino, a panel on the business environment affecting supermarkets, and a business fair aimed at fostering networking and partnerships among retailers, suppliers and other stakeholders in the regional food‑retail supply chain.
