Brazil hosts major Christian music festival in Santos and ExpoCatólica showcase in São Paulo

On Saturday, July 25, the historic Praça Mauá in Santos will host the Caminhada com Cristo, a large Christian music gathering organized under the Difusão Cultural de Música Cristã program. Organizers expect more than 20,000 attendees to enjoy performances by well‑known Brazilian Christian artists such as Thalles Roberto, Cassiane, Eyshila and others, with free admission and support from the municipal government and cultural authorities.

Meanwhile, the Catholic trade fair ExpoCatólica 2026 will take place from July 23‑26 at the Pro Magno Centre of Events in São Paulo. The Canção Nova media network will staff an exclusive pavilion, broadcast live shows, and present films, books and panel discussions, including a session on the film about Saint Thérèse and screenings of original productions like "São Gabriel da Virgem Dolorosa" and "Santa Faustina". Both events aim to promote religious culture, attract thousands of visitors and stimulate local tourism and creative industries.
