Brazil housing projects advance in Uberaba and Rio das Flores

New social housing developments are progressing in Brazil. In Uberaba, the Ministry of Cities has declared the construction of the Residencial Floratta I project ready for contracting. This Minha Casa, Minha Vida initiative will provide 144 subsidized homes, funded by the Residential Leasing Fund (FAR). Construtora Italiana S.A. is identified as the construction company for the project.

In Rio das Flores, the State Secretariat of Social Interest Housing is monitoring the progress of a government-led condominium project. The development will consist of 140 housing units distributed across 35 blocks. The project includes 14 units adapted for people with disabilities and community amenities such as a multi-sport court, a gym for seniors, and barbecue areas.
