Brazil implements digital inclusion programs for patients and seniors
Various Brazilian initiatives are focusing on digital inclusion across different demographics. In the “Conectando Saberes” project, Casa Durval Paiva is implementing innovative technologies and methodologies to support the educational development of children and adolescents undergoing medical treatment, as well as their families and teachers.
In Cocal do Sul, a digital literacy program has launched specifically for the elderly. Managed through the Specialized Reference Center for Social Assistance (Creas), the initiative aims to provide autonomy in using computers and tablets while focusing on preventing financial fraud and technological scams targeting senior citizens.
