Brazil investment in Florida real estate reaches US$ 762 million
Brazilian investors moved US$ 762 million into residential real estate in Florida, according to data from Florida Realtors. This figure places Brazil among the top three countries of origin for foreign real estate investment in the state.
Total foreign investment in Florida residential properties reached US$ 10.4 billion between August 2024 and July 2025, representing a 46% increase compared to the previous period. Florida currently accounts for 21% of all foreign-led residential purchases in the United States.
In the Orlando region, high-end luxury markets in gated communities like Isleworth and Golden Oak remain active, with properties starting at US$ 3 million. Experts note that Brazilian buyers are increasingly treating these properties as dollar-denominated portfolio assets rather than mere residences.
