Brazil launches ASUS Vivobook 15 and Avell Storm 550 notebooks

ASUS announced the Vivobook 15 (X1504MA) for the Brazilian market, positioning it as the first notebook in the country equipped with the full Intel Core (3rd generation) processor family. Configurations include Intel Core i3‑304, i5‑320 and i7‑350 chips, up to 16 GB DDR5 RAM, and up to 1 TB PCIe NVMe SSD. The device features IceBlade cooling, a 42 Wh battery with fast‑charge, Wi‑Fi 6, a 15.6‑inch Full‑HD IPS display, MIL‑STD‑810H durability certification, and an integrated neural processing unit capable of 18 TOPS for AI tasks.

Avell introduced the Storm 550 gaming notebook, also for Brazil. It is powered by an Intel Core i5‑14450HX processor and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5050 graphics card with 8 GB GDDR7 memory. The 15.6‑inch Full‑HD screen supports a 165 Hz refresh rate and 100 % sRGB coverage. The model offers up to 96 GB of RAM, dual M.2 NVMe slots for up to 2 TB SSDs each (total 4 TB), and PCIe Gen 4 x4 connectivity. Pricing starts at R$ 6,998 for Pix payments, with higher‑spec configurations reaching around R$ 7,776. Both notebooks are now available for purchase in Brazil.
