Brazil launches multiple blood donation drives in July and June

Youth members of the Adventist Church in Pará organized a two‑day campaign at the FAAMA campus in Benevides, aiming to collect 500 bags of blood from about 6,500 participants during the Maranata Norte event on July 2‑3.

In Apucarana, the local hemocenter held a "Junho Vermelho" drive on June 29, seeking at least 70 donors to reinforce winter‑time blood stocks for regional hospitals.

A separate partnership in São Paulo saw the company Elgin team with São Paulo Futebol Clube and the GSH Blood Bank for a day‑long donation event on June 27, offering public incentives such as mascots, trophies and branded stickers to encourage community participation.
