Brazil Opens Public Exams for Exu Municipal Jobs and Unioeste University Admissions

The municipality of Exu in Pernambuco announced a public contest with 305 vacancies covering elementary, middle, technical and higher‑level positions. Applications are accepted online until 31 August, with fees ranging from R$ 85 to R$ 150. The main objective test is scheduled for 18 October, and higher‑level roles include teachers, health professionals and engineers.

The State University of West Paraná (Unioeste) opened registrations for its 2027 vestibular, which runs until 8 October. Exams will be held on 29 November in several cities, with a written test in the morning and subject‑specific questions in the afternoon. The standard fee is R$ 205, while the serial and trainee modes cost R$ 95. The university offers fee‑waiver options and quota seats for public‑school graduates, Afro‑Brazilian, disabled and incarcerated applicants.
