Itajobi homicide: dispute at factory results in death

A 66-year-old man was killed in a factory in Itajobi, São Paulo, following a dispute over a financial payment. According to the Civil Police, the victim had hired a 21-year-old woman for a sexual encounter, which led to a disagreement regarding the agreed-upon amount.

The conflict escalated into physical violence. After an initial altercation, the woman briefly left the premises but returned shortly after, claiming she had forgotten her sandals. This second encounter reignited the argument, during which the suspect allegedly struck the man in the head with a piece of wood used for pallets. The victim died at the scene. The suspect was arrested in flagrante and transferred to the Catanduva Public Jail.
