Brazil reports two incidents of unauthorized adolescent driving

Two separate incidents involving adolescents driving vehicles without authorization have been reported in the Brazilian states of Rondônia and Roraima.

In Pimenteiras do Oeste, an adolescent took a Chevrolet Opala without permission and caused a series of collisions. The driver struck a Chevrolet Onix, which was then propelled into a parked Renault Kwid. Following the initial crash, the driver lost control again, hitting a residential wall and a parked Fiat Siena. The adolescent was taken to the Civil Police Station in Cerejeiras to face legal measures regarding the damages and infractions.

In Rorainópolis, a 17-year-old took a Volkswagen Saveiro from a car wash without authorization. The teenager lost control and crashed into a house wall, causing debris to strike a female resident. Both the driver and the resident were injured and transported to a local hospital by the Military Firefighters. The owner of the car wash, who is the teenager's uncle, confirmed the vehicle was taken without permission.
