Brazil secures multiple medals in international fencing and badminton

Brazilian athletes achieved significant success in recent international competitions in fencing and badminton.

In Lima, Peru, the Brazilian junior women's fencing team secured gold in the foil team event after defeating Peru in the final. The men's team earned a silver medal following a loss to Argentina. This follows an individual gold medal previously won by Antonio Teixeira.

At the Arise International Challenge in the United States, the Brazilian badminton delegation earned five medals. Davi Silva and Sânia Lima claimed the gold medal in mixed doubles after a three-game victory against Canada's Timothy Lock and Chloe Hoang. Deivid Silva earned silver in the men's singles, while the duo of Fabrício Farias and Davi Silva took silver in the men's doubles.
