Brazil sets deadlines for major public service exam registrations

The Federal District's Secretariat of Social Development (SEDES/DF) has opened applications for its public service exam, offering 1,197 immediate vacancies and 3,591 reserve spots for specialist and technician positions in social development. Applicants must register online by July 13, with exam dates slated for September 6, 2026.

Meanwhile, the Brazilian Navy's recruitment drive for auxiliary ranks ends on July 12 at 23:59. The contest provides 400 vacancies across more than 20 technical fields, with a registration fee of R$ 75. Candidates will be evaluated through written tests and an essay, with exam locations in 19 cities nationwide.

Both contests target thousands of job seekers and outline salary ranges, benefits, and subsequent career progression for successful candidates.
