Brazil striker Endrick returns to Real Madrid from Lyon loan
Teenage Brazilian forward Endrick will finish his loan spell with Olympique Lyonnais after the club's home match against Lens and rejoin Real Madrid. Over five months in France he recorded 15 goal involvements – eight goals and eight assists – and was the second‑highest scorer and provider for Brazil behind Vinícius Jr.
Real Madrid have arranged for Endrick to begin individual training at the club's Valdebebas facility early next week, separate from the senior squad’s final La Liga fixtures. The club views him as a key part of its 2026‑27 attacking plans and has no intention of sending him out on another loan.
Endrick is also on Brazil’s provisional 55‑man list for the 2026 World Cup, and his swift return to Madrid is timed to aid his preparation for the tournament, which head coach Carlo Ancelotti will announce shortly.
