Brazil to hold XXI National Conciliation Week in November 2026

The XXI National Conciliation Week is scheduled to take place from November 3 to 6, 2026. Coordinated by the National Council of Justice (CNJ), this annual campaign mobilizes courts across Brazil, including State, Labor, and Federal Regional Courts, to promote dialogue and consensual solutions to legal conflicts.

In Goiás, the Court of Justice (TJGO) has announced that requests for hearings to be included in the program must be submitted by October 15. The initiative allows citizens, lawyers, and companies to propose settlements for ongoing judicial processes or to resolve conflicts through pre-procedural mediation before they reach the court system. The TJGO provides the 'Acordo Aqui' digital platform and WhatsApp services to facilitate these requests.
