Brazil women's volleyball team defeats Dominican Republic for second straight VNL win

Brazil's women's national volleyball team beat the Dominican Republic 3‑1 (23‑25, 25‑18, 25‑11, 25‑15) on Thursday, June 4, at the Nilson Nelson Gymnasium in Brasília. Outside hitter Tainara led the scoring with 20 points, securing Brazil's back‑to‑back victories in the Volleyball Nations League.

The win follows a previous 3‑1 triumph over the Netherlands the day before. Brazil will have a rest day before returning to action on Saturday, June 6, when they face Bulgaria, the same opponent the Dominican Republic played earlier in the round.
