Brazilian Academic Studies Examine Data Protection Compliance and Teacher Training
Two recent Brazilian research reports were released. One analyzes a Santos‑based accounting firm’s compliance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD), focusing on human‑resources data‑handling practices and identifying gaps, staff awareness levels, and recommended improvements. The second evaluates the adequacy of teacher training in the municipality of João Pessoa by using the School Census indicator for the years 2020‑2024, finding varying performance across early childhood, elementary and high‑school levels.
Both studies were conducted within local universities and aim to inform policy and organizational practice in their respective fields.
