Brazilian athletes secure multiple gold medals in jiu-jitsu competitions

Several Brazilian athletes achieved success in recent jiu-jitsu competitions. Seven-year-old Tiago, known as “Tigre de Aço,” won a gold medal at the Norte Brasileiro de Jiu-Jitsu held in Manaus. Representing Roraima and Academia The Witcher, Tiago secured his victory in the final with a 12-0 score after winning his semifinal via submission.

In a separate event, the Aprove Projetos Sociais team secured six gold medals at the 3rd Copa Aquiles de Jiu-Jitsu in Foz do Iguaçu. Led by Professor Angelo Reis, the winning athletes included Gabriel Henrique Royer, Ian Gorgen Saito, Gabriel Henrique Ferreira, Sérgio Alfonso, and Gabriel Mendes.
