Brazilian athletes win medals at South American Games

Brazilian athletes achieved significant success at the South American Games in Santa Fe, Argentina. Caio Bonfim won the gold medal in the 21.097 km race walking half marathon, setting a new South American record with a time of 1h22min31s. Bonfim utilized a strategic approach, recovering from fifth place at the 11.5 km mark to overtake Ecuadorian competitors Hurtado and Jordy Jiménez.
