Brazilian authors release new literary works

Two Brazilian authors are releasing new literary works. Josimey Costa is launching a new edition of ‘Quase conto’ through the EDUFRN imprint. Originally published in 2014, this collection of experimental short stories, which first appeared in the Tribuna do Norte newspaper, will be available in both digital and print formats. The new edition features visual interventions and photography by artists Rafael Sordi Campos and Lucca Medeiros to create a multi-sensory reading experience.

Additionally, Fabrício Carpinejar is set to release ‘No Meu Tempo, Eu Era Melhor’ via Bertrand Brasil. The 500-page work, featuring a preface by Ignácio de Loyola Brandão, explores themes of nostalgia among generations born in the 1970s and 1980s. The book examines the cultural shift toward reclaiming analog experiences, such as vinyl records and wired headphones, in response to modern digital trends.
