Brazilian bands capture titles at major state and national competitions

Bands from Balneário Camboriú dominated the 38th Campeonato Interestadual de Bandas e Fanfarras in Gaspar, Santa Catarina, winning first‑place honors in junior marching, coreographic corps, command marching, flag platoon and percussion categories. The municipal band also earned a second place in command marching and a highlight award for bassist Lucas.

In Santos, the Banda Marcial Botucatu secured four trophies, placing second in the coreographic corps category and third in baliza, senior musical aspect and women's command marching. The results reinforce Botucatu’s reputation in Brazil’s competitive band circuit.
