Amazon Cinema Festival hosts ‘3x4’ premiere and workshops
The 8th Amazon Cinema Festival – Olhar do Norte is currently underway in Manaus, featuring the premiere of the short film ‘3x4’, directed by Juliana Tizatto. The film, which explores the daily routines of two colleagues, was produced with support from the Ministry of Culture’s ‘Curta para Mulheres’ initiative and features a crew composed primarily of professionals from the Amazonas region.
In addition to film screenings, the festival is hosting various educational workshops to strengthen the local audiovisual sector. These sessions include training in self-tape production, cinematographic direction, makeup artistry, and film editing, aimed at providing practical skills to regional artists and technicians.
