Brazilian cities host diverse events for Children's Day

Various cities in Brazil are hosting diverse activities to celebrate Children's Day, offering both free and paid options for families.

In the Grande Vitória region, including Vitória, Vila Velha, Serra, and Cariacica, municipalities have organized free programming to ensure democratic access to culture and recreation. Highlights include circus attractions and face painting at Parque Moscoso in Vitória, scientific workshops at Praça da Ciência, and the Capixaba Ice Cream Festival in Serra. Shopping centers like Boulevard Shopping in Vila Velha are also participating with themed events.

In Curitiba, festivities include free recreational games, giant board games, and bouncy castles in the Santa Felicidade and Tatuquara neighborhoods. Local shopping centers are offering immersive experiences, such as a Smurfs-themed park at Park Shopping Barigüi and various activities at Shopping Estação, including face painting and character meet-and-greets. Paid theatrical performances of classics like ‘The Three Little Pigs’ and ‘The Wizard of Oz’ are also scheduled at the Regina Vogue Theater.
