Brazilian cities Mariana and Cruzeiro do Sul announce major festival headliners

Singer Vanessa da Mata was confirmed as the main attraction for the Festival de Inverno in Mariana, Minas Gerais. The performance is scheduled for Saturday, 18 July 2026, at Praça Minas Gerais, and was announced by Mayor Juliano Duarte as part of the city's 330th‑anniversary celebrations.

Singer Mari Fernandez will open the Festival da Farinha in Cruzeiro do Sul, Acre, on 26 August 2026 at the Complexo Esportivo. The announcement was made by Mayor Zequinha Lima, emphasizing the event’s role in promoting tourism and the local economy during the traditional Juruá Valley celebration.
