Brazilian city councils honor radio milestone and overturn traffic‑sign veto

In Maringá, the municipal legislature rejected the mayor's veto on a bill that would require red reflective film on traffic‑radar poles to improve driver visibility and curb alleged "fine industry" practices. The 20‑vote overturn allows the proposal to proceed toward enactment by the council's leadership.
