Brazilian culinary reality shows feature Portuguese and Italian themes

The upcoming episode of MasterChef Profissionais on Band will focus on Portuguese cuisine and Italian pasta. Participants will compete in a team challenge to prepare a Portuguese banquet for 30 guests, featuring ingredients such as cod and sardines. Guest chef Olivier da Costa will assist judges Helena Rizzo and Henrique Fogaça in evaluating the dishes.

The second half of the episode will feature an elimination round centered on Italian gastronomy. Roman chef Marco Renzetti, owner of a Michelin-starred osteria, will guide contestants through the technical preparation of various stuffed and colored pasta shapes, including tortellini, agnolotti del plin, and culurgiones.

Separately, Bake Off Brasil – Mão na Massa will present challenges involving hyper-realistic cakes and honey sculptures. In the creative challenge, contestants must transform household objects into cakes that mimic original textures and proportions. The technical challenge requires participants to construct honey sculptures using chocolate honeycombs and modeled bees.
