Brazilian culture highlights architecture and fashion milestones
Architect André Di Gregorio, known as Deco, has utilized his own apartment in the iconic Edifício Copan in São Paulo as a personal architectural laboratory. The project, located in the Oscar Niemeyer-designed building, served as a complex exercise in selection and coherence for the founder of Estúdio Cedo, who focuses primarily on residential architecture.
In the fashion sector, the Brazilian beachwear brand Água de Coco is releasing a documentary titled ‘Quarenta Verões’ (Forty Summers). Directed by Edu Diaz, the film chronicles the 40-year history of the brand founded by Liana Thomaz in Fortaleza in 1985. The documentary explores the brand's influence on Brazilian beach culture and its international recognition, featuring various prominent figures in fashion and media.
