Brazilian dessert show 'Que Seja Doce' launches new season on GNT

The seventh season of the Brazilian pastry competition "Que Seja Doce" premiered on Monday, 3 August, at 20:45 on GNT and Globoplay Premium. Over seven episodes, confectioners from different regions of Brazil present recipes that reflect local histories and cultures, highlighting the country's "brasilidades".

The panel of judges returns with host Felipe Bronze and jurors Lucas Corazza, Michele Crispim and Tábata Romero, joined by special guest Talitha Morete. Bronze said, "What still surprises me is the capacity to move with simplicity. When technique and memory meet, confectionery gains another dimension." A new segment, in partnership with "É de Casa", follows each episode's winner to their hometown, showing families and daily life behind the winning desserts. The series is produced by Moonshot Pictures, directed by Roberto d'Avila and scripted by Jorge Vaz Nande.
