Brazilian developers EZTec, Cyrela report Q2 sales surge

Brazilian real‑estate group EZTec announced a 58% increase in project launches and an 18% rise in net sales for the second quarter, with a reported sales value of R$ 577.6 million and a total inventory of R$ 3.3 billion in VGV.

In the same period, fellow developer Cyrela posted a 34% jump in launch volume to R$ 3.84 billion and a 14% rise in net sales to R$ 2.56 billion. The company delivered 20 new projects between April and June and recorded a first‑half VGV of R$ 5.59 billion, despite a slight decline in total launches compared with the previous year.
