A Lulu da Pomerânia named Eva, a regular client of Vianas Pet Shop in São Bernardo do Campo (São Paulo), was filmed during a bath on 7 June. Because of a skin condition that requires special care, Eva stayed completely still while being washed, prompting viewers to wonder if she was a plush toy. The TikTok video posted by the pet shop gathered more than 3.3 million views and earned her the nickname “the most well‑behaved client.”

In a separate incident, a caramel‑coloured dog lay beside its owner in an isolation ward of a public hospital in Goiânia, Goiás. When nurse Daniela Ramos attempted a venous puncture, the dog positioned itself protectively and prevented anyone from approaching the patient. The encounter was recorded, posted online and received over 260 thousand views. Hospital staff noted the event in the patient’s medical record, highlighting an unprecedented case of an animal acting as a bedside guard.
