Brazilian educational and literary projects launch new children's works
The ‘Amiguinhos do Agro’ project, led by Uniube, has released a new edition of its children's book in Uberaba, Minas Gerais. The release introduces a new character, Zyon the cat, joining an existing cast of animals and human figures. The initiative aims to educate children about agribusiness, sustainability, and food production through literature, art, and inclusive experiences. The project provides free educational content and partners with schools to offer hands-on learning experiences.
In a separate literary development, musician and professor Maycon Vianna has released the children's book ‘O Reino da Imitação: A Grande Estátua’. Inspired by a song composed during his studies at UFMS, the book was developed to help a child overcome sleep difficulties. The Instituto Moinho Cultural Sul-Americano is currently organizing a fundraising campaign to facilitate the book's launch in Corumbá and provide copies to institution participants.
