Brazilian entrepreneur Sérgio Rodrigues Vieira passes OAB exam at age 76
Sérgio Rodrigues Vieira, a 76‑year‑old Brazilian businessman with a background in company administration, accounting and auditing, completed a law degree and obtained his OAB license after five years of study. He graduated alongside his 43‑year‑old son, who also holds a law degree, marking a family milestone.
Reflecting on the achievement, Vieira said, “In 2007 he celebrated my OAB approval. Today I have the privilege of feeling the same joy celebrating his.” He urged others to continue learning, saying education has no age limit and that “the more we teach, the more we learn.” The story was presented as an example of lifelong ambition and inspiration for older adults.
