Brazilian fashion highlights Milanese influences in Brasília and Lake Como
The Carlos Eugenio Bride brand recently presented its new bridal collection during the Carlos Eugenio Couture event at LaCustre Hall in Brasília. The collection, which features 15 new dresses, was inspired by Milanese fashion trends but adapted through a Brazilian high-fashion lens.
The development process for the collection spanned eight months, focusing on manual craftsmanship, material selection, and detailed construction to create unique silhouettes and textures. Stylist and brand owner Carlos Eugenio stated that the goal was to research and bring international repertoire into the brand’s specific creative universe.
In a separate display of Brazilian influence in the global fashion scene, entrepreneurs Clara Medeiros and Daniel Cavaretti held their wedding at Villa Cipressi on Lake Como, Italy, during Milan Fashion Week. The celebration featured various Brazilian talents in catering, jewelry, and fashion, including a partnership with Dolce & Gabbana, which hosted a preparatory event in São Paulo.
