Brazilian Federal Police investigates Daniel Vorcaro’s financial links to senators Ciro Nogueira and Flávio Bolsonaro
A Federal Police report presented to the Supreme Court details a close relationship between businessman Daniel Vorcaro, owner of Banco Master, and Senator Ciro Nogueira. The report documents at least R$ 6 million in transfers over roughly 20 months, covering luxury trips, high‑end meals and other expenses in Paris, New York, Lisbon and Courchevel, as well as private flights. It also notes coordinated legislative activity that may have benefitted Vorcaro’s interests.
Separate investigations have traced about $10 million in transfers to an investment fund managed by Vorcaro, linking the scheme to Senator Flávio Bolsonaro. Federal Police investigators suggest the flow of money could be part of a broader money‑laundering and corruption operation involving high‑level political figures and the Banco Master financial network.
