Brazilian federal universities launch UFG vestibular schedule and UFS Propriá campus programs

The Federal University of Goiás (UFG) released the official notice for its 2027 vestibular exam. Applications open on 26 June 2026, with a fee of R$ 130 and exemptions for low‑income families. The written test will be held on 27 September 2026, covering language, humanities, natural sciences and mathematics, followed by a writing component.

The Federal University of Sergipe (UFS) announced the first-degree offerings for its new Propriá campus, including Electronic Engineering, Robotics Engineering, Biomedical Engineering and a Bachelor in Food Technology. The campus will use a dual‑degree model allowing students to earn both a technological qualification and a full engineering bachelor’s degree. Officials highlighted the initiative’s role in boosting regional employment and aligning education with industry needs.
