Brazilian firefighters respond to multiple accidents and fires

Firefighters in Brazil were called to a series of emergencies across several states. A traffic accident on Avenida Padre Antônio Van Ess in Pirassununga, São Paulo, left a conscious victim with abdominal and spinal pain, who was treated on‑site and transferred to a hospital. In Silvânia, Goiás, a fire broke out in a commercial premises on Rua Santo Antônio; the blaze was contained without injuries, though property damage occurred. Finally, in Várzea Grande, Mato Grosso, a fire started in an apartment bedroom and was extinguished before any casualties, with the resident treated for faintness. All incidents involved coordinated response from local fire departments, often alongside police, ambulance services and municipal teams, and are under investigation where applicable.
