Brazilian firms B3 and Estapar report Q2 2026 performance

The Brazilian stock exchange operator B3 (B3SA3) released its June operational data for the second quarter of 2026. The average daily traded volume on the spot market reached R$ 32.8 billion, 21 % higher than a year earlier but down 11 % from the previous quarter, while over‑the‑counter volumes fell 12 % quarter‑on‑quarter. Analysts described the results as neutral to slightly positive and kept a favourable valuation outlook, noting that the decline in volumes was largely expected and anticipating stronger activity in the second half of 2026.

Parking‑services company Estapar posted a net revenue of R$ 524 million for Q2 2026, a 13.5 % increase year‑on‑year. Growth was driven by a higher number of operations, increased vehicle flow, a higher average ticket, and digital product revenue from its Zul+ platform, which now accounts for 24.6 % of total turnover. The firm ended June with 558.2 thousand parking spaces across 851 operations in 115 cities of 21 states, serving more than 9.7 million digital users and processing over 20 million transactions. Its churn rate rose to 0.12 % from 0.04 % a year earlier.
