Brazilian firms expand reach with promo codes and workplace fitness perks

Brazilian digital platforms are intensifying the use of promotional codes to attract new users. The codes are integrated directly into sign‑up processes, offering quick, clear incentives that simplify onboarding and boost initial engagement with the services.

At the same time, Brazilian companies are revising employee‑benefit strategies, moving beyond simply paying for gym memberships. A recent Maximum Boxing survey shows that 31.4% of firms now offer financial support for gym access, while additional initiatives such as workout‑app partnerships, step‑challenge contests, and flexible scheduling aim to encourage regular exercise. However, participation remains low, with fewer than one‑third of employees taking advantage of these programs, prompting employers to add tracking, goal‑setting and collective challenges to improve adherence.
