Brazilian footwear and apparel companies post Q2 2026 results

Grendene reported a net profit of R$ 95.3 million for the second quarter of 2026, a 48.6% decline year‑on‑year, with revenue of R$ 552.8 million, down 0.4%, and sales of 26.8 million pairs. The adjusted EBITDA fell to R$ 15.8 million and the adjusted EBITDA margin slipped to 3.3%.

OceanPact posted a net profit of R$ 56 million, up 475% from the same period a year earlier, on revenue of R$ 736 million (+45%). Adjusted EBITDA rose 84% to R$ 256 million and the adjusted EBITDA margin reached 37%.

Ourofino recorded a net profit of R$ 15.9 million, down 33.3% YoY, while its consolidated revenue grew 30.7% to R$ 338.7 million. Lojas Quero‑Quero posted a net loss of R$ 51.2 million, with revenue of R$ 726.3 million (+8.8%) and adjusted EBITDA of R$ 32.6 million (+12.6%).

Alpargatas, the owner of Havaianas, announced a net profit of R$ 169.7 million, nearly double the prior‑year figure (+95.1%). Revenue reached R$ 1.22 billion (+11.3%). The company sold 53.3 million pairs of sandals, 45.6 million in Brazil and 7.7 million abroad. EBITDA was R$ 269.1 million (+54.1%) and net debt stood at R$ 532.2 million.
