Brazilian industrial leaders meet to discuss future leadership

Industrial leaders from 17 Brazilian states gathered in Natal at the headquarters of the Federation of Industries of the State of Rio Grande do Norte (FIERN) for the National Forum of New Industrial Leaders (FNLI). The meeting was part of the VII National Meeting of Young Industrialists (ENAJI).

Participants discussed the future of the industry, focusing on governance, communication, and succession strategies to increase the participation of new generations in industrial associations. Roberto Serquiz, president of the FIERN System, emphasized the necessity of a renewal process to integrate young professionals into the industry's representative structures.
