Brazilian influencers Sarah Biancolini and Lauana Prado have shared their personal experiences regarding the challenges of the postpartum period, known as puerperium.

Sarah Biancolini clarified that a social media post announcing her breakup with singer Kauan was a mistake. She explained the post was a reaction to extreme stress, sleep deprivation, and the emotional fragility experienced 19 days after giving birth to her daughter, Aurora.

Similarly, singer Lauana Prado used her social media platforms to discuss the difficulties of life following the birth of her first son, Dom. She emphasized that the postpartum period should not be romanticized, citing sleep deprivation, the complexities of breastfeeding, and the emotional toll of adjusting to a new family dynamic.
