Brazilian Infrastructure Institute presents development proposals to Geraldo Alckmin

The Brazilian Infrastructure Institute (IBI) has presented a strategic letter of intent to Vice President Geraldo Alckmin, outlining proposals for the country's national infrastructure development.

The document, developed through discussions with parliamentary fronts and specialized working groups, focuses on long-term strategic guidelines rather than specific government administration policies. Key sectors addressed in the proposals include maritime ports, airports, highways, railways, and the oil and gas industry.

According to Nicola Margiotta Junior, the IBI's administrative and financial director, the initiative aims to increase Brazil's competitiveness, enhance its ability to attract investment, and improve international trade conditions. The institute also noted that these infrastructure investments are expected to drive job creation and income generation.
