Prominent Brazilian journalists Paloma Tocci and Mari Palma are highlighted for their evolving roles in the media landscape.

Paloma Tocci, an ambassador for Pinnacle, discussed the democratization of sports journalism. She noted that major sporting events are no longer the exclusive monopoly of large traditional broadcasters. Tocci emphasized that independent content creators with strong audiences can now achieve significant reach through technology and social media, allowing them to act as their own media outlets.

Meanwhile, Mari Palma has been recognized as one of the 30 most influential personalities in Brazil's communication and marketing market. This distinction comes from the Pulso 2026/2027 study conducted by Deck and Nexus. Palma, who works with CNN Brasil, has built a career spanning journalism, presenting, and digital content creation, recently launching the project ‘Na Palma da Mari – Entre Mulheres’.
